Privacy Policy

We use your personal data to provide you services such as process your order and support your experience through this website. We may ask you to provide certain financial information to proceed with the customer's payment transaction and secure your flower arrangement or other requests. Flower Palette will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out.

 

Cancellation

Changes and cancellations need to be made within 24 hours in advance. No changes or cancellations on the day of delivery. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 40% charge.

 

Substitution Policy

Specific flowers may vary from the photos based on their availability. We’ll ensure the floral arrangement quality by keeping the color palette and the floral style. If you require a specific product, please contact the store directly and check for its availability.

 

Refund/Return Policy

All sales are final. As flowers are life-forms and perishable nature, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was delivered, or if it was never delivered. 

  • If the item arrives in substandard condition due to mishandling by the store or during the delivering process.

  • Flower Palette does not take responsibility for orders with incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

  • Issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

 

All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery – if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with the return contact information and general description of your issues.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery available within a 20 miles radius of 22180 

  • Minimum order for delivery is $60

  • If you are within 20 miles radius of 22180, but if the website does not allow you to process your delivery order, please contact the store directly.

  • Arrangements for events might be available outside of 20 miles radius. Please contact the store or email flowerpaletteshop@gmail.com for inquires.

  • Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Add a Note field during checkout or please call and speak with one of our team members to make a specific delivery instructions.  

  • It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, as to not spoil surprises, unless it is requested by the sender.
